CFPC's Outcomes of Training Project: Request for Assistance

We are reaching out to you in hope that you can help us with the CFPC鈥檚 Outcomes of Training Project which involves conducting national focus groups with early career family physicians. We are conducting a study to examine听preparedness听and the听factors that influence practice choices of early career family physicians in their first five years.听Understanding these factors is critical for the CFPC as we begin to better advocate to governments using evidence to听support our family physicians.听
We are hoping you can help us identify听early career family physicians in their 3rd听to 5th听year in practice working in different parts of the country. For this study, we are using a snowball technique for recruitment in which key informants/participants connect听the research team听with potential participants rather than receiving a cold call.听听
