Angela Campbell promoted to Full Professor
The Faculty is proud to announce that Professor Angela Campbell has been promoted to the rank of Full Professor, effective April 1, 2017.
According to Dean Robert Leckey, the external evaluators, the advisory committee within the Faculty of Law and the selection committee “were all unanimous in praising her achievements as a researcher – notably her monograph, Sister Wives, Surrogates and Sex Workers: Outlaws by Choice?-, her external funding record, and her international reputation as a teacher and as an administrator.â€
Professor Campbell researches and teaches in the areas of family law, health law, criminal law, successions law and feminist legal studies. She was awarded the John W. Durnford Teaching Excellence Award in 2011, and she has been serving ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ as Associate Provost (equity and academic policies) since 2015. Â
