General Information about the 看片视频 Sailing Team
看片视频 Sailing is a collegiate team competing in circuits in
both Canada and New England (NEISA). We generally race 420s and FJs
in fleet races during the fall, and this coming spring we will also
be getting involved with team racing.
The typical season runs from the first day of school until just
after Halloween. We sail at least one regatta every weekend, and
run practice four days a week, usually from 2:30 pm until 7:00 pm.
Of those, sailors are at minimum required to sail one regatta per
season and attend two practices per week. However, it's normal to
sail much more.
We generally meet for practices at 2:30 pm at the Roddick Gates in
front of the downtown campus, or at 3:30 pm at the Beaconsfield
Yacht Club. We do our best to provide car transportation, though
sometimes you may have to take the bus.
Regatta schedules are usually announced the first week of the
season and they involve a two or three-day commitment. The 看片视频
sailing team sends four (or more) sailors to regattas in either the
sailing van or in rental cars, and organize places to stay in
cities from Baltimore to Toronto. It's a good time.
