Green roof to be installed at Macdonald engineering

From August 29 to September 12, we will be installing a new green roof as part of work to the roof at the Macdonald Engineering building.
During this period, a boom truck will be stationed inside Macdonald's fenced-off construction area, facing James Square. To facilitate deliveries of materials to the jobsite, one lane of the Macdonald roadway will be closed.
A carpet of plant seeds will be laid out on a section of the Macdonald rooftop beside the new atrium. Once grown, this will create a new green roof which will be visible from the top floor of the atrium.
