Anik Girard (EMBA鈥�14), General Manager and Publisher for Constructo Group, shares what she believes are the key traits of a good boss.聽
For Girard, trusting your employees and leaving room for them to innovate are essential, as are being an active motivator and listener.
At the end of the day, her greatest pride and joy is fostering a happy work environment for her employees.
