Rita-Rose Gagn茅 (EMBA鈥�12) is the Executive Vice-president of Growth Markets at Ivanho茅 Cambridge, a global commercial real estate firm.
In an interview with Desautels professor , she reveals some of her formative experiences from her early years, the key to working across cultures, and how her leadership style has evolved to encompass strategy and long-term vision.
