The Neuro-Patient Resource Centre has created many years ago a list of accommodations near The Neuro and keeps it updated.

Finding reliable health information online can be difficult.
The MUHC Patient Resource Centres, including us, created a list of questions to ask yourself to help see if the information is reliable.

New brochure on delirium at the hospital
We have a new brochure available in French and in English for our NPRC users. It talks about delirium in the hospital and gives tips for families and friends. Feel free to come see us in room 354 during our opening hours to take a copy.
We also brought copies of the brochure to inpatient units of The Neuro for staff to deliver directly to family and friends.

The NPRC'S movement disorders information cart
Did you know that the Neuro-Patient Resource Centre (NPRC) brings an information cart to five ambulatory clinics and the Neuro Day Centre, at least twice a month for each clinic?
For the movement disorders clinic, the two NPRC library assistants, Natasha Williamson and Amber Perry-Marinov, carefully select books, brochures, and other resources about Parkinson鈥檚 disease and other disorders for patients and their families.
New Parkinson鈥檚 resource: TAVIE鈩 in motion
"TAVIETM聽in motion is a聽support intervention developed with people living with Parkinson鈥檚 disease and care partners聽by researchers from the Centre de recherche du Centre hospitalier de l鈥橴niversit茅 de Montr茅al (CR-CHUM).
