Max Bell School Director Chris Ragan will describe the essential differences between a 鈥渘ormal recession鈥� and the recession that is beginning now caused by a global pandemic. He will provide some initial thoughts on how to think about the likely magnitude of the pandemic recession, and will outline some key policy responses that we have seen reported in the press.
