Overview

Anthropology : Survey of the peoples of the Pacific Islands, with attention to the diversity of ecological, cultural, and historical factors influencing the development of Pacific Island societies; the impact of colonialism; recent sociocultural developments with an emphasis on economic transformation, urbanization, religion, post-colonial politics, the arts, tourism and environmental issues.
