Vue d'ensemble
Historique : An introduction to concepts of women and the realities of women's lives in western Europe from the Black Death to ca. 1700. Topics will include marriage and the family, female education and literacy, varieties of spirituality and the emergence of a proto-feminism during the Renaissance.
