Overview

Social Work : This course will examine alternative practice models based on the theoretical principles of anti-oppression social work, where oppressions such as racism, heterosexism/homophobia, classism, sexism and ableism, are understood to intersect at individual, institutional and systemic levels. Of special interest are issues of access and equity in human services.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2016-2017 academic year.
