Le programme de 芦 Concentration majeure en Langue et litt茅rature fran莽aises (option 芦 Traduction 禄) 禄 offre une formation g茅n茅rale en traduction de l鈥檃nglais vers le fran莽ais. D鈥檃bord pratique, cette formation fournit 茅galement des assises th茅oriques sur le fonctionnement de la langue ou les enjeux de la traduction. Elle favorise l鈥檃m茅lioration de la compr茅hension de l鈥檃nglais et des comp茅tences r茅dactionnelles en fran莽ais, comp茅tences que l鈥櫭﹖ude de la litt茅rature de langue fran莽aise viendra renforcer. Translation : Introduction to English-to-French translation and transcreation of marketing collateral and communications materials, with a focus on consumer goods and online platforms, including an introduction to the basics of search engine optimization-friendly content for translators. Survey of the specificities of online communication in translation in terms of readability and purpose. Translation exercises include Web pages, e-commerce sites and social media posts.
