Bioinformatique : Underlying concepts and techniques for the analyses of large-scale data sets, generated from "omics" platforms (e.g., metagenomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics, etc.), as well as different approaches for working with high-dimensional data. Students will gain experience in such software packages as R and Bioconductor for statistical analysis and data visualization.
