The Crocheting Circle

The Crocheting Circle

Winter is upon us! If you are seeking a cozy and warm opportunity to relax around a craft with a cup of tea, you are welcome to join us for our crocheting circle. This group aims to be an open space for queer, questioning, allies, and their friends who would like to create together while paying attention to the present moment through acceptance and self-regulation, which we don鈥檛 often pay attention to during stressful days.

Folks of all levels of crochet experience are welcome and may bring their own crafting materials and yarns if they wish. We will also be providing needles, crochet hooks and vegan yarn. If you do not have any crochet experience but are curious about the craft, we can teach you. Together, let鈥檚 crochet and knit in a world that feels safer and in which our voices are important.

We are hoping this circle can be one to share knowledge, develop new skills and nurture creativity while allowing you to take a conscious mental health break!
