Louis Melan莽on is a PhD candidate in Communication Studies (supervisor: Gabriella Coleman). His doctoral research focuses on the Heartbleed software vulnerability of 2014 and the shifts in security norms and practices resulting from major cybersecurity events. A graduate from the Master鈥檚 program in Knowledge Transfer and Mobilization at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), he collaborates with the SERENE-RISC cybersecurity network at Universit茅 de Montr茅al and co-edits their Research Digest since January 2020.
