This session will explore the intricacies of managing ordered, complex, and chaotic systems. You will learn how to identify the type of system you are working with and adjust your approach accordingly. This talk will cover three types of logic—deductive, inductive, and abductive—and emphasize the crucial role of intuition in managing human systems.

Expect to gain insights into inattention blindness and its impact on detecting threats and opportunities, particularly in complex system environments. The introduction of the Cynefin framework will provide you with a structured approach to decision-making. You will also learn about three types of data and how they inform the understanding of systems.

This session stresses that human systems cannot be analyzed using purely predictive models. Instead, it will focus on fostering awareness and responsiveness to real-world dynamics. You will leave equipped with practical heuristics for mapping and influencing organizational culture, empowering you to navigate complexity with confidence.

Join us to transform your understanding of system dynamics and enhance your decision-making strategies!
