ÌýEstablished in 1994 by Mrs. Vivienne Poy, B.A 1962 and Dr. Neville G. Poy B.Sc 1958, MD 1960, M.Sc 1963, this award is granted to residents, M.Sc and Ph.D students or postdoctoral fellows in Plastic Surgery to support researchÌý Ìýactivities in Plastic Surgery including travel – awarded by the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

ÌýThe Neville and Vivienne Poy Global Fund in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

ÌýEstablished in 2017 by Mrs. Vivienne Poy, BA 1962, LLD 2011, and Dr. Neville G. Poy, BSc 1958, MDCM 1960, MSc 1963. In support of international ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery research presentations by residents /Ìý ÌýFellows in Plastic Surgery, which provide excellent visibility for ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ University on the world stage. Awarded by Faculty of Medicine upon the recommendation of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to provide travelÌý Ìýand accommodation support for residents who are presenting Division of Plastic Surgery supervised research at an international scientific conference.

Dr. Harvey C. Brown Research Award

Established in 2014 in the memory of Dr. Harvey Brown, former Chairman of the ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by his family, friends and colleagues; this award is granted annually to residents in Plastic Surgery who have shown significant or outstanding scientific research on behalf of ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ University and the Division of Plastic Surgery. Value: $1,500.00

Dr. Benjamin Shore Prize in Plastic Surgery

This prize is awarded annually to a resident training in one of the ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ teaching hospitals who demonstrates outstanding performance in the Plastic Surgery Program. This prize will be used to fund travel to a national or international meeting in the field of plastic surgery or for special support of a resident doing research in plastic surgery. The prize will be awarded by the program director of the plastic surgery training program in consultation with the Associate Dean of Postgraduate Medical Education.

Awarded to the graduating resident with the highest in-service exam results

Value: $5,500.00
