Tax Slips for Continuing Studies Students

T4A (RL-1), T2202A and Relevé 8 slips are issued on Minerva under the Student Accounts Menu by the end of February each year. Note that a Quebec permanent code, a social insurance number as well a a valid mailing address are required to be transmitted to Revenu Québec by the University as part of its tax reporting for both the T4A and the Relevé 8 slips; therefore, it is highly recommended that if you expect to be completing a Quebec income tax return, you provide this information to the University upon registration. More information on these slips is available on www.mcgill.ca/student-accounts/your-account/tax-information.
