Overview

Islamic Studies : Introduction to the script and sounds of Modern Standard Arabic and its basic vocabulary and structure. Emphasis on functional use of the language, including speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Terms: Fall 2021

Instructors: There are no professors associated with this course for the 2021-2022 academic year.

  • Prerequisite: Permission of the Institute.

  • This course is conducted primarily in Modern Standard Arabic.

  • Students must register for both ISLA 621D1 and ISLA 621D2

  • No credit will be given for this course unless both ISLA 621D1 and ISLA 621D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
