Where is the clinic located?
The Undergraduate Teaching Clinic is located at 2001 ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ College Avenue, on the corner of Sherbrooke Street West. Reception is on the 1st floor, suite 150.Â
How long will my treatment take?
Because this is a teaching clinic, you must expect more visits compared to a private clinic. We prefer if patients are available at least once every 2 weeks. Depending on the treatment needed, it may vary from 1 month to 1 year. Don’t forget that the clinic runs from September to May only.
Can I go to your clinic for regular cleanings only?
We only accept patients that require several treatments. If you need only a cleaning or exam, dental hygiene teaching clinics offer check-ups, x-rays and cleanings at a lower cost.

Yes. When completing the patient application form you will be asked to submit your Canadian Dental Care Plan card number.

I am covered by Medicare / I am receiving Social Assistance. Can I apply to be a patient?
People receiving social assistance or covered by Medicare (RAMQ) are not covered in the Undergraduate Teaching Clinic because the Quebec Government does not pay for treatment in our clinic. Most patients who receive social assistance can obtain basic dental care in a private dental office at no cost. Patients choosing to be treated in the Undergraduate Teaching Clinic are responsible for paying the entire cost of their treatment themselves.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Patients may be dismissed from our teaching program if they miss or cancel more than 2 appointments per year.
