Local Wellness Advisors (LWAs) areÌýtrained clinicians who are here to orient andÌýconnect you with the appropriate resourceÌýfor your unique situation - think of them likeÌýanÌýacademic advisor, but for your well-being.

By Fall 2019, there will beÌý12 LWAs in place across ¿´Æ¬ÊÓƵ's faculties.

Confidential, informal, independent, and impartial dispute resolution services for all members of the student community.

The Ombudsperson:

  • ProvidesÌýinformationÌýon University regulations, policies, and procedures;
  • Assists inÌýidentifying and evaluating optionsÌýfor resolving and managing conflicts and providesÌýhelp in pursuing those options;
  • RefersÌýstudents to appropriate persons in order to resolve problems; and
  • Acts as aÌýfacilitatorÌýbetween students and other members of the University community.
