The 14th Annual Health & Wellness Fair is unfolding the week of October 21, 2024. The hybrid format offers a one-day on-campus event on October 23, complemented by a variety of online sessions throughout the week.


NEW LOCATION! The on-campus event will be held at the University Centre Ballroom at 3480 McTavish.

Directions to the University Centre

Take Sherbrooke Street until McTavish Street. The University Centre (3480 McTavish Street) and the Brown Building (3600 McTavish Street) are situated on the left side of the street, just before the road bends to the right at the foot of the staircase leading to Dr. Penfield Street. Please note McTavish street is pedestrian only.


What is the Health & Wellness Fair?

The Annual Health & Wellness Fair is a cherished tradition, uniquely bringing together faculty and staff. Beyond the valuable resources and practical tips offered by exhibitors, the event’s true success lies in the sense of community it fosters. It’s not just about learning; it’s about connecting with colleagues, sharing experiences, and building a supportive network.

Ways to participate

  • On-Campus: October 23 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the University Centre Ballroom (3480 McTavish). Free admission - drop in anytime! Visit more than 30 exhibitors to obtain resources. Activities include dog therapy, Essentrics workout, virtual reality, trivia, and more!

  • Online: October 21, 22, 24 and 25.A variety of online sessions focused on financial, physical, and mental health and wellness are waiting for you! Topics include menopause, the importance of social connection, and men’s mental health, among others.
